Hiring a professional wedding planner is a big decision. You have to like us…. REALLY like us!

We are going to be spending a lot of time together during the planning journey. You have to trust our expertise and we have to respect your wishes. We will work as a team. We are not here to take over your vision but we are here to collaborate with you to enhance it. This is why we accept a limited number of weddings each year.

Once you complete the contact form below, we will be in touch to share more details about our services (it’ll be SUPER detailed) along with our starting-from fees which reflect our creative + technical expertise. 2023 marked our 10th season in this beautiful industry and we only work with a few select clients each year to ensure everyone receives our full attention.

After we email back and forth a few times, we will schedule time for a video consultation. The meeting won't feel like a true "meeting" because we want to get to know you as individuals and as a couple. During the consultation, we will show you what our online planning workbook entails, share a preview of our super detailed + colorful wedding timelines, and explain our planning package options in more detail. Within a few days, you will receive a custom proposal with a detailed quote summarizing the services we can accommodate for your wedding. The initial consultation fee is $200 for the 90 minutes and will be applied as a credit to your wedding planning package (custom and complete packages only) once you hire us.

I’ll set my timer to see how fast you can do this! GO!" ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ • “here’s a flower - go give this to your most favorite person here today!” — this one is THE sweetest and always works like a charm 😭 😩 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ PS. ✨The last few months have been beyond overwhelming so the fact that I am finally feeling so calm + happy is a testament to the absolutely amazing couples + industry pros we have worked with. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐩𝐡𝐨𝐭𝐨 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐧 𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐦𝐲 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫. Not only was I beaming because I was hours away from finishing our final wedding of the season (yaaasss!!!), but I was glowing because that same weekend I received news from 5 (yes, 5!!!) couples that they wanted to proceed with a contract and hire me for wedding planning services. That same weekend, I also received 3 new inquiries AND one of them is for another last minute wedding possibly taking place as early as next month 🤞🏼💕 ⁣⁣ The amount of referrals and love coming our way has been the *good* kind of overwhelming + I can’t help but feel so proud of all the work I have done behind the scenes.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ The last 6+ years, I have missed many personal obligations. I have had countless sleepless nights. I became absent while consumed with work + put a strain on my personal relationships. 𝘉𝘶𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘐 𝘨𝘳𝘦𝘸 𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘰𝘯𝘨𝘦𝘳. I have become more approachable. I have become more patient. I have grown stronger both physically + mentally. I have grown in my mindset. I have gained new perspective. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 𝐌𝐲 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐚 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞. I have had the honor of working with the best couples ever and can call many of them my friends. ⁣ ⁣⁣ So yeah... If I had to narrow it down, I would say that 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐛𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐰𝐞𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐝𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐜 is the emotional rollercoaster. Each couple is dealing with the changes and impact on their own wedding and our team has dealt with everything amplified by 25-30 weddings. Looking back on March-August, I can’t help but be grateful that every single one of our couples was a dream to work with and so level headed and realistic 🙏🏼 (𝘸𝘦𝘭𝘭, 𝘢𝘴 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘤 𝘢𝘴 𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘸𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘦 𝘮𝘢𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘥𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘸𝘦 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸 — 𝘯𝘰 𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘩𝘢𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘳𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘢𝘯𝘴𝘸𝘦𝘳𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘺𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦)⁣ ⁣ For example, I was so excited to be back at the @vancouverclub but this was another wedding we had to postpone to later next year. One of my sweet couples had booked their fall wedding in March just HOURS before everything shut down, and made the decision to postpone a couple of months later, and soon we’ll be resuming their planning for next Fall instead 🥰🤞🏼⁣ ⁣ In the meantime, I would LOVE to host an intimate wedding in this stunning ballroom. It’s amazing what can be planned + designed in ONE month when the couple is so sweet and the creative team aligns so perfectly. I am beyond grateful + relieved that @g1bikini + @mikesheffer_ had the most incredible day. They were a dream to work with because they fully trusted me to support them. They shared their vision and encouraged me to wow them. They reminded me that as much as they wanted a beautiful wedding, they wanted the focus to be on guest experience.
